Add Printer (Mac – AirPrint)
Connect your FBM printer using AirPrint — no driver installation required.

Before you begin
Confirm your Mac is connected to the same Wi-Fi/network as the printer.

Open System Settings
Click Apple Menu (top-left), then select System Settings.

Go to Printers & Scanners
In System Settings, open Printers & Scanners.

Add a printer
Click Add Printer, Scanner, or Fax…

Select your FBM printer
Choose your FBM printer from the list. It should appear automatically on the same network.

Set “Use” to AirPrint
In the Use: dropdown, select AirPrint.

Click Add
Click Add to finish. Your Mac will configure the printer automatically.
If the printer doesn’t appear
- Confirm you’re on the correct Wi-Fi/network.
- Restart your Mac and try again.
- If needed, use the TeamViewer guide for remote assistance.
