Add Printer (Windows)
Install your FBM network printer automatically using our AddPrinter tool.
What you need
Your FBM Number (provided by FBM). The printer IP address is already preconfigured.
Download AddPrinter.vbs
Click the download button above, then open it from your browser’s downloads area.
Run the file
Double-click AddPrinter.vbs. If Windows asks for permission, click Yes.
Windows Security (blue screen)
If you see “Windows protected your PC”, click More info → Run anyway.
Enter your FBM Number
Type the FBM Number provided by FBM, then click OK.
Confirm and install
The IP address is already filled in. Click OK to install.
Default printer & black/color preference
Set as default printer: Yes. Black default: Yes = Black default, No = Color default.
Enter a printer name
When prompted, enter a Printer Name (example: FBM Copier), then click OK.
Tip
If you have multiple devices, use a name that helps your team identify this printer quickly.
Final prompts
Follow the final messages to finish installation.
What to click
- “Please wait…” → click OK and wait.
- “Add another printer?” → Yes to add more, No to finish.
